Operations and Academic Assistant (CCNM - Boucher Campus)

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Operations and Academic Assistant to provide assistance to the Campus Operations and Academic Affairs departments in all areas of service and administration. This position supports facilities, and office services to ensure the efficient, safe functioning of the Campus, including mail and deliveries, key and access card distribution, room bookings and setup, reception and telephone, ordering and distributing supplies. This position also supports the academic department by providing clerical and administrative support; information management support and records maintenance.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in administrative/business or related studies
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • Highly developed computer literacy in all range of administrative support programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Excellent written skills with an emphasis on spelling and grammar
  • Good organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
  • Tact and judgment to deal with all levels of staff, faculty and students
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of persons
  • Exemplary customer service skills and professional and courteous manner to deal with a wide variety of internal and external clients
  • Demonstrated understanding and support of the organization’s goals and objective
Note this position requires the successful candidate to work 100% on site.
The salary for this full-time position is $42,500 a year.
The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), is Canada’s premier, pan-Canadian academic institution for education and research in naturopathic medicine. Our graduates are eligible to write the licensing examinations for all regulated jurisdictions in Canada and the United States to become naturopathic doctors.
