Assuage Wellness Centre is a beautifully appointed wellness hub and full spa located in Musquodoboit Harbour, Nova Scotia. We are looking to expand our existing wellness team of RMTs, reflexologists, yoga instructors, and aestheticians to include a naturopathic doctor.

Using your dynamic people skills, you will achieve high client engagement and welcomed outcomes with the people you serve. With a belief in providing exceptional service, you also embrace ongoing learning and creativity and will hold true to the Assuage Wellness Centre values of kindness and connection, diversity and integrity. As the first Naturopathic Doctor to join our wellness hub, you will have the opportunity to build a practice and contribute to the growing synergies of our centre

Naturopathic doctors practicing in Nova Scotia must:

• hold a doctor of naturopathic medicine degree/diploma conferred upon him/her by an accredited or candidate school of naturopathic medicine, legally chartered to grant a four year degree or diploma;
• have written and passed NPLEX (Naturopathic Physician Licensing Examinations), the recognized, standardized North American naturopathic board examination;
• maintain membership in NSAND and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND);
• and carry professional liability insurance

Pay Structure: compensation is based on % split Amount negotiable based on experience.

Booking Software (Phorest): we provide the front end booking and backend booking (online) services you need to run your practice.

Support Staff: our administration and marketing staff are here to help support and build your practice.

Treatment Rooms: select your workspace from a variety of peaceful, wellness-inspired rooms with varying sizes.
