Welcome to your new home at CCNM Residence! Our on-campus residence is designed to offer comfort, convenience, and community—open year-round, including during the holiday season, so there's no need to vacate your space during breaks. Located just a few steps from the Leslie subway station and with quick access to major highways including the 401, 404, and 400, our residence makes commuting and exploring the city effortless.

About Our Residence
Spread across the 3rd and 4th floors, our residence features 202 rooms, each floor divided into four inviting lounges. Every lounge includes a fully equipped shared kitchen, a common area for socializing and entertainment with Netflix on every TV, and four beautiful balconies to relax and unwind. You'll find two laundry rooms per floor, conveniently located in the 1st and 4th lounges, with easy access using a laundry card available at the residence office.
To ensure your safety and peace of mind, the residence is monitored by extensive CCTV coverage and 24/7 presence of security guards, and entry to the residence floors is only through an authorized FOB access system. When the residence center is closed, our Front Desk staff are available to assist, ensuring continued support around the clock.

Application for Residence
To live in residence, please apply as early as possible. An application can be made prior to acceptance into the Doctor of Naturopathy degree program.

CCNM - Boucher Campus
The CCNM - Boucher Campus does not have a student residence. However, students have easy access to campus from any neighbourhood along the Skytrain route, with the campus located at the Columbia Skytrain station in New Westminster.
