Radiance Health is focused on creating a comprehensive health center by including a multi-disciplinary team of wellness professionals to address all patient health concerns. We are a private insurance clinic, and not affiliated with the Saskatchewan Health Region (SHA). We are in search of sole proprietors, associates, and independent contractors to operate out of our clinic. Roles/Responsibilities:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated wellness practitioners (physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, chiropractors, counsellors, social workers, acupuncturists, naturopathic doctors, etc) to join our team at Radiance Health. The ideal candidates will be responsible for attending to their patients health requirements and appointments while also integrating personal business into the structure of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all related tasks as per your profession: naturopathic appointments, treatments, diagnosis, charting and follow-up care, etc.
- Maintain licensure through your Saskatchewan professional association - SAND
- Manage personal bookings and professional arrangements within the clinic, alongside our EMR Jane software
- Integrate with other practitioners in the space to expand cross-referrals when possible, as well as to maximize modalities to treat patients
- Develop and implement wellness initiatives, policies, and procedures pertinent to your work as deemed necessary by yourself
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure wellness programs are integrated into company culture
- Represent Radiance Health’s holistic approach when interacting with patients
Qualifications:
- Relevant schooling - 4 years at CCNM
- NPLEX 1 complete
- Licensure with the SAND (can work under licence while studying for NPLEX 2)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passionate about promoting health and wellness
