Part Time Academic Faculty (Instructor) (CCNM - Boucher Campus)
We are currently looking for several highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced faculty to work with us as Instructors for various subjects within the case-based curriculum. The instructor is responsible for delivering the subject as listed below to students, including the learning activities, and assessments in a classroom environment.

Qualifications
Experience:
- Instruction opportunities: Two (2) years of teaching experience and five (5) years of clinical experience is an asset
- Clinical experience with an interest in the respective course will be considered an asset
- Teaching experience with adult learners, particularly using on-line learning platforms (Moodle) is an asset
Education:
- Health-care professional registered in the province of BC (ND, DC, MD, etc.)
- The ideal candidate will possess a Masters or PhD in related topics
- Training in teaching methodology, curriculum design, and evaluation at a post-secondary level is an asset
- Note additional qualifications will be course dependent
Skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication and facilitation skills with the ability to motivate and engage students
- Excellent organization, analytical, research and time management skills
- Established research publication record is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with students and colleagues
- Positive, demonstrated commitment to student success
The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), is Canada’s premier, pan-Canadian academic institution for education and research in naturopathic medicine. Our graduates are eligible to write the licensing examinations for all regulated jurisdictions in Canada and the United States to become naturopathic doctors.
