Locum opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, research-driven ND to cover a Locum starting in January 2023 - June 2023, for a full and busy practice. The ideal candidate is confident in their skills (physical exams and PAPs included).
We are an integrated clinic, and work as an ND/MD team, sharing most patients and engaging in joint consults daily. We have and on-site laboratory, IV lounge, and a broad range of testing, as well a dedicated support staff and medical assistants.
The ideal candidate:
- Ability to collaborate with other medical providers, and work seamlessly with a medical doctor
- A focus in hormonal balance; knowledge of biohacking/ketogenic diet/fasting
- Knowledgeable in chronic illness (lyme disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia), or willing to invest a significant amount of time to learn
- Has successfully completed the prescribing exam
- IV therapy certified is an asset, but not required
- Able to identify when referral to an MD is necessary, and is open to their care and prescriptions
- Additional training in BHRT is required prior to start (we can provide recommendations, if additional training has not been completed at this time)

Compensation

Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario
Start date: January 9th, 2023 (shadowing is encouraged in Nov and Dec), ability to begin your own practice part-time at the clinic prior to the locum
