The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) is seeking Part-Time Clinic Faculty to lead clinic shifts at the CCNM Boucher Naturopathic Clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of naturopathic medicine while supporting a growing clinic that is expanding access to care for patients and the broader community. As part of our clinical education team, you will play a vital role in mentoring and training the next generation of naturopathic physicians—primary care providers who are increasingly important within today’s evolving health-care system.
CCNM is looking for clinicians who are passionate about both patient care and clinical education.
In this role, you will provide primary naturopathic medical care to Boucher Clinic patients while supervising and mentoring naturopathic medical students as they develop their clinical skills and professional confidence.
Reporting to the Associate Dean, Clinical Education, Clinic Faculty teach and evaluate students on clinical competencies outlined in the CCNM-Boucher clinical curriculum. Faculty members also provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and assessment to support student learning and professional development.
Joining the clinic faculty means becoming part of a collaborative academic community dedicated to excellence in patient care, education, and the advancement of naturopathic medicine. Faculty members play a central role in shaping the clinical experience of our students while making a meaningful impact on the health of our community.
Available: May 5, 2026 – April 30, 2027
Available Clinic Shifts:
Boucher Naturopathic Clinic
  • Monday: 2 - 8 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 2 - 8 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 2 - 8 p.m.
  • Thursday: 2 - 8 p.m.
  • Friday: 2 - 8 p.m.

Qualifications
  • Recommended minimum of two years of clinical experience as a licensed Naturopathic Doctor
  • Teaching experience in a clinical setting is considered an asset
  • Active license with the CCHPBC and professional liability insurance to practice in British Columbia
  • In good standing with CCHPBC and any other professional regulatory body with which the candidate has been affiliated
  • Prescriptive Authority Certification required
  • Acupuncture certification required
  • IV Therapy licensing is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, and engage students
Compensation
CCNM will compensate Part-Time Clinic Faculty at a rate of $56.65 per hour for scheduled clinic shifts during the term.

The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), established in 1978, is Canada's premier pan-Canadian academic institution for education and research in naturopathic medicine. CCNM operates two campuses: one in Toronto and another in the Metro Vancouver area, known as the Boucher Campus.
Graduates of CCNM are eligible to write licensing examinations in all regulated jurisdictions across Canada and the United States to become naturopathic doctors.
