Administrator, Clinical Education (CCNM - Boucher Campus)

The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Clinical Education team at our Boucher Campus in New Westminster.
The Administrator, Clinical Education, will:
  • Oversee the process, accuracy and sustainability of the Clinic Education Department student activity reporting system
  • Maintain accurate and up to date information on all Clinical Education Learning Resources such as One45, Moodle, my CCNM and SharePoint
  • Enter, track and ensure coverage for clinic Faculty shifts in the Clinic Education scheduling system
  • Provide administrative support for all department projects and events which includes clinical activity audits and faculty development
  • Coordinate committees through providing administrative support
  • Organizing and distributing materials and other duties as assigned.
Salary for this position is $42,500.00/year.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within an academic or health-care setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with students, faculty, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and tact in handling confidential information.
The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), established in 1978, is Canada's premier, pan-Canadian academic institution for education and research in naturopathic medicine. CCNM has two campuses, one in Toronto and another in the Metro Vancouver area known as the Boucher Campus. Its graduates are eligible to write the licensing examinations for all regulated jurisdictions in Canada and the United States to become naturopathic doctors.
