Are you a passionate and knowledgeable naturopathic doctor seeking an opportunity to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and well-being? We are a new multi-disciplinary clinic seeking a dedicated and experienced ND to join our integrative health-care team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate their medical history, lifestyle, and health goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on naturopathic principles and evidence-based practices, considering the individual's unique needs and preferences.
• Utilize a variety of natural therapies and treatments, such as herbal medicine, nutrition, acupuncture, and lifestyle counseling to support clients' healing processes.
• Offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other lifestyle modifications to enhance clients' overall well-being.
• Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor clients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and education to promote self-care and empowerment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including health histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
• Stay updated with the latest research, developments, and best practices in naturopathic medicine and complementary therapies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in naturopathic medicine from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid registration as a ND in Ontario, showing that you are in good-standing.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to health care.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Current First-Aid & CPR certification.
