Student Services Officer (CCNM - Boucher Campus)

We are currently seeking a Student Services Officer at our Boucher Campus location. Reporting to the Registrar this position will be responsible for providing frontline services to students from the time they are prospective applicants to when they graduate from CCNM. With an emphasis on efficiency and customer service, specific responsibilities for this position will include student recruitment, admissions, student support, information management, direction and assistance with financial aid and assisting with student life initiatives.
As a condition of employment, successful candidates are required to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Available: Immediately

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three or more years’ experience in a college/ university student services environment with previous experience in academic advising an asset
  • Experience with financial aid an asset
  • Highly developed computer literacy Microsoft Office and student information databases
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision in fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate, orally and written, with all levels of internal and external clients
  • Professional disposition and exceptional customer service skills an essential part of this position

The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) is Canada’s premier, pan-Canadian academic institution for education and research in naturopathic medicine.
