Student Services Officer (CCNM - Boucher Campus)

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and customer service focused individual who loves working in a team environment for the Student Services Officer position.
In this challenging position, you will report to the Registrar and be responsible for providing frontline services to students from the time they are prospective applicants to when they graduate from CCNM. With an emphasis on efficiency and customer service, specific responsibilities for this position will include student recruitment, admissions, student support, information management, and assisting with student life initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary Degree in a related field
  • One to two years experience in a college/ university student services environment with previous experience in advising is an asset
  • Highly developed computer literacy Microsoft Office and student information databases
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate, orally and written, with all levels of internal and external clients
  • Professional disposition, exceptional customer service skills and ability to work as a team player are essential parts of this position
CCNM follows government or site-specific requirements with respect to vaccination and proof may be required based on the nature of the role.

The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), is Canada’s premier, pan-Canadian academic institution for education and research in naturopathic medicine.
