Clinic Faculty Supervisor (CCNM - Boucher Campus and Satellite Clinic)

The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) Boucher Campus is seeking part-time Clinical Faculty to Supervise 1st, 3rd, and 4th year interns at the Boucher Naturopathic Medical Clinic and one satellite clinic. The Clinical Faculty Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of patient care and the clinical education curriculum at CCNM – Boucher Campus teaching clinic(s). The clinical faculty member is responsible for all aspects of patient care and has final approval on all proposed course of action by the interns. In addition, this position is also required as scheduled to take part in presentations and lectures to the community.
Clinical faculty will familiarize themselves and adhere to all CCNM-Boucher Campus policies and procedures, clinic operations, clinical faculty and intern handbooks and any policies that may subsequently be adopted by the BNMC teaching clinic.
As a condition of employment, successful candidates are required to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
  • July 4, 2022 – December 31, 2022
  • Campus: 4-hour weekly clinic rotations either 4 - 8 p.m. or 4:30 - 8:30 p.m.; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
  • Satellite (Vancouver location): 4 hr weekly clinic rotation 4:30 - 8:30 p.m. Tuesdays and alternating Fridays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • Naturopathic degree from a CNME accredited naturopathic medical program
  • Active licensure with the CNPBC and insurance to practice in British Columbia
  • Pharmacology and IV therapy licensing an asset
  • Previous teaching experience preferred
  • Three to five years of experience in practice as naturopathic physicians
  • Ability to motivate and engage students
  • Ability to adapt and excel in new delivery and assessment platforms
  • Excellent, demonstrable communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with students and colleagues
  • Positive, demonstrated commitment to student success
